Delivery and Returns

Dispatch:
In most cases we dispatch same day on orders placed and paid for by 2.00pm on weekdays, otherwise we'll dispatch next working day.  Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on Mondays

Delivery:
All orders are charged a small p&p charge of only £2.50, so even if your order has many items, you'll still only pay £2.50.
Most orders are posted 1st class or first class recorded.
Although we strive to have your order with you within 2 - 5 days, please allow 7 days for delivery before contacting us re items not delivered.

Returns:
Items can be returned for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us via email for a returns form within 7 days of reciept of goods.
Please note: Due to the personal nature of bathroom products, we can only accept returns on unopened items.
